Naxos is the largest and greenest island in the Cyclades. At Naxos there are mountains and deep valleys and inside the island it is green and leafy with olives and citrus trees. The beaches are beautiful, white and long where cedar trees also grow. If you get tired of the sun, swimming and night life, there are ancient relics from ancient times to visit. You can travel to Naxos with a charter company. Either a complete trip with accommodation or an air chair and then book accommodation separately. You fly to Santorini and from there you take a boat to Naxos which takes about 2 hours.

Temple of Demeter Temple dating from the 600s BC and located in the middle of the island. The temple was partially destroyed in the 7th century AD and then fell apart but between 1976 and 1995 excavations were made and then it was decided that it would be preserved. Kouros Kouros means young man and is a standing statue from the archaic era (650-480 BC) depicts a young naked man. The statue representing Dionysus and located above Apollonas is 2500 years old. Â Portara A spoil from an Apollon temple that has become a symbol of Naxos. The temple began to be built 500 BC and would be huge according to plans but was not built clearly. From here you can see the most beautiful sunset you can imagine. Do not miss it. Vallindra's Kitron distillery Liquor drink made from the leaves of the kitron tree which is a citrus tree. The distillery has been in Chalki since 1862 and is still owned by the same family in the fourth generation.
